Abstract. Today, the process of notifying scientists about conferences requires considerable attention of scientists, and in terms of the high workload scientist’s workstyle, this creates an unnecessary additional burden on scientists. The work proposed and developed two tools that change the approach to notification of new conferences – a modern ontological tool and a telegram group.
