Abstract. The active development of Open Science creates prerequisites for the establishment of international relations in the scientific and innovative sphere, which allows to qualitatively improve the results of scientific research due to the synergy of the achievements of various scientific schools, the use of the latest achievements of world science in national research practice. However, there are a number of restraining factors that slow down the process of integration of domestic science into the international research space. The results of the research, presented in these theses, are designed to identify these factors and propose ways to solve them.
