Abstract. It is proposed an intellectual technology of analysis and prediction quality of interaction elements of the subsystems of the complex system “Machine Operator – Machining Center – Control Program of part making” depending on the dominant type of system. The choice of the type of the system allows to predict the optimal level index of quality of subsystem element interaction and improve productivity of manufactured products Obtained the research work results useful in selection of Machine Operators and equipment for productive production.
