Abstract. The monograph "The International Experience in Implementing Models and Tools of Public-Private Partnerships in the Field of Research and Innovation" offers a comprehensive analysis of the use of trending tools and models for implementing public-private partnerships in the field of science, technology, innovation, and the introduction of new forms of this cooperation.
The features of the application of the latest approaches to the development of public-private partnerships and their impact on the field of research and innovation were highlighted. The properties of synergy between public and private partners in this area, the significance of such cooperation for national development, improvement of business, benefits for society and optimization of the finances within the framework of scientific and innovative cooperation were analyzed.
The paper pays special attention to the aspects of implementation of scientific and technical projects, commercialization of scientific results, and development of scientific and technical personnel based on cooperation between the public and private sectors of the economy.
Strengthening of the cooperation within the framework of public-private partnerships will support sectors of the domestic economy; facilitate post-war reconstruction, especially for infrastructure projects; and improving the well-being of the population. The activation of the public-private partnerships implementation in the field of research and innovation will contribute to the deepening of its integration into the European Research Area and reaching advanced global positions. The results of the study will contribute to the development of public-private partnerships both in Ukraine in general and in the field of science, technology and innovation, in particular.
The monograph is an important contribution to the study of scientific and innovative infrastructure and ways of its development through public-private partnerships. It will be useful for scientists, researchers, politicians, business representatives, public organizations and international institutions dealing with issues of scientific, technical, and innovative activities, problems of the dual transition (green and digital), European integration, etc.
