Abstract. The article presents the results of research that argue the need to work out the concept of “Open Science”, its practical realization based on balancing the demand for the results of scientific activity and their accessibility. This is realized through the development of constructive relationships between subjects of scientific activity, an innovative environment, an adequate information space (access to databases in their context).
