Abstract. The Science, Technology, Innovation (STI) roadmap for achieving the objectives of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) has been prepared to fulfill Ukraine’s obligations to the UN within the framework of the Global Pilot Program for the development of STI roadmaps to achieve the SDGs, in which Ukraine is included in 2021, and on the basis UN methods. Developing a roadmap according to this methodology should be done in six steps. The most important are two steps - foresight research to determine the directions of scientific research and development for the implementation of the tasks of the Center for Research and Development, requiring STI support (27 tasks for 11), and the development of a road map.

The priority areas of research and development, determined based on the results of foresight research, are grouped into 6 missions (problem-oriented areas of scientific research and innovation), for each of which STI roadmaps have been developed to achieve the SDGs (as separate sections of the general roadmap). They contain an assessment of problems in related sectors of the economy, an analysis of the potential of STI, an analysis of regulatory and organizational support and the needs of financial resources, an assessment of the contribution of STI to the implementation of the tasks of the Center for Social Development. As well as STI activities aimed at more effective implementation of the SDGs, divided into 4 groups: areas of scientific research (results of foresight research and additional proposals from authorities), organizational, regulatory, financial activities on strategic/program documents in relevant areas and initiative proposals authorities Thus, the Roadmap combines all STI activities aimed at implementing the SDGs in one document. This will lead to the consolidation of efforts of all government bodies, scientific and educational institutions and business.
