Abstract. In Ukraine, an innovation ecosystem is being formed, an important component of which are accelerators. Ukrainian universities have significant innovation potential. In the article, the results of scientific research on the organizational and economic foundations of the creation and functioning of various accelerators and there are positive results of their work.
